The pressure is building for all of us, Warrior. You're not alone in you search for grace in your sheltered space.

In fact, I completely blew it this week! Just wait until you hear how I let the pressure of this pandemic take hold of my head and my heart. Sadly, it wasn't a pretty sight. Fortunately, there was grace for me.

And that's what I want to share with you; a new perspective as we stay holed up in our homes. Let us use this mindset for right reflection as we implement some positive ways to relieve the pressure and evaluate our inner expectations, sprinkling them with a right measure of grace.

As we all look for ways to stay in shape during this covid chaos, wouldn't it be great if we had an exercise plan that would help us also increase the strength of our hearts and minds?

I mean, aren't those really the places where we are struggling the most? 

That's why I've laid out a supernatural workout plan for us today. One that will help us develop more endurance, patience, peace and wisdom.

But we shouldn't be surprised, if before the workout begins, we first need to warmup with some stretches. Maybe even a little stretching of our faith.

Are you tired of that loop of regret which tells you “You’re stuck?”  That constant feeling that you’re all alone in this mess? That everyone else has got it all together, while you’re looking for a chance at a do-over?

I’ve been there, Warrior. Trapped in the thought that I made all the wrong choices. We all have. Because we can’t avoid those windows of opportunity which pop up without notice.

Am I going to tell you that on the other side of your choices, you’ll never experience pain? Or that no one will ever hurt you again?

No, I can’t make those promises. But I can share with you a woman's life from the Bible, framed by two windows of opportunity, giving a cautionary tale about the value of making guided choices. It encourages us how to better prepare for right thinking in the moment, whether it’s an opportunity we have time to contemplate, or one we need to make on the fly.

So, let’s step into the life of Michal, a woman who endured a true tragedy of the heart, but who’s pain can be purposed to prepare us for our windows, as we learn to walk away without regret.

We've all struggled through seasons in life when we feel powerless to overcome trials and troubles which tend to torment our soul.

But no matter whether we proclaim a faith in God or not, we will continue to be oppressed on occasion as we are all subject to a spiritual battle which wages all around us. Yes, we are all participants in an unseen war between good and evil, each spirit rallying to win us to their side. 

But let us not lose heart, as Jesus encourages, for He has already overcome the world. In fact, He began demonstrating His power over evil even as He ministered here on earth.

It can take all our energy to be stuck in the middle of two fighting friends, and what we wouldn't give for a peaceful pause to the strife.

No one really likes an interruption. No one wants to suffer from a broken promise. Unfortunately, it seems to be a certainty of life, and often at the hand of someone who is completely unaware of the disappointment they have caused us.   Although the circumstances of our betrayal vary widely, we often suffer the same range of lonely and abandoned feelings, no matter how brief the blow, or bitter the breakdown. And all too often, these tangled fears and feelings can make our faith hard to find.   But thank God for His #GRACE that is able to fill the void and work through even the most difficult disappointments. Yes, even with our various flaws and faults, which cause our faith to falter, God’s grace has the power to transform us into Warriors who overcome.   That’s why I’m excited to share our newest Warrior this week, as we will witness just such a transformation.
