Mum & I find ourselves in a similar situation when it comes to friends...we love those around us but with this big shift we have faced/are facing in the recent months of isolation we have both taken our lives in new directions and have a couple vacancies open for new friendships.

We discuss past friendships that we have had to let go of and how we have learnt from a love lost...because lets face it sometimes a friendship ending feels grater than a relationship coming to a close. However as we say "when one door closes, another one opens" 

In this weeks episodes  our Together MAD Takeaway is a friendship visualisation I wrote specifically for this conversation. This was trailed and tested on mumma to give her a friendship dream journey with the intention to help her find a connection and simulate a situation on how she could do that. From there we discussed how we can take elements of this friendship dream to be able to apply it to real life situations if she was ever on the look out to make new connection and if you find yourself on the look out also, give it a go and see what visions you come up with...(DM us on instagram @togethermad we would love to know what you saw!)
