Cooper shares his story of how he went from being homeless, to landing a job with a company that used Salesforce.

He started out as an end-user of Salesforce. But over time, Cooper discovered that there was a lot to learn and work on the back-end of Salesforce.

Through hard work, study and dedication, Cooper eventually passed his Administrator Certification and landed a job as a Salesforce Administrator.
