In this week's episode, I touch briefly on lessons I have learned watching my parents and grandparents. There are grave differences between every generation of a bloodline. However, my generation is the generation that has the power to stop the perpetual cycle of trauma, shame, fear, and guilt. With our tools and our language, we can change the course of our bloodline moving forward. What are your thoughts?
