We kick things off tonight with an interview with John Kennedy. John will make his debut on 'Power Slap - Road to the title' Wednesday night on TBS! He gives us a glimpse into what it was like living in the same house as 22 other men ready to compete. Be sure to tune in and catch the newest side of combat sports.

Then we kick into the news starting with the Chargers letting go of their offensive coordinator Joe Lombardi. Is this a sign that there will be no other coaching changes in LA?

Darius Miles (now former Bama basketball player) is charged with capital murder. More and more young men are seemingly throwing their futures away.

The Giants, Bills, Bengals, Cowboys, Jaguars, and Niners all make it to the next round of NFL playoffs. There were some surprisingly competitive games-what surprised you the most? Oh and Aaron Rodgers has started the offseason drama early. BUT it does seem like he's likely done in GB by his recent comments.

Be sure to check out tonights podcast for all of that and plenty of other random conversations.

Tonight in a brisk 15 degree garage in northern Iowa - 2 men discuss events in the sports world. After the kerosine heater runs out...how long can they last???

Welcome to 3GiG Sports!!!

We kick things off talking about Aaron Rodgers and the future of the Packers. It's going to be a long offseason but how do you see things playing out?

Mike Williams is out for the Chargers 2-3 weeks after being injured in a game he had no business playing. Sean Payton please save this franchise.

Trevor Bauer is a free agent and the Cowboys say McCarthy's job is safe. Neither of these updates make any sense. Trevor Bauer was shown to be not guilty and McCarthy has been proven guilty of being an incompetent football coach.

Meanwhile SeanMcVay says he'll be back for another season. Loyalty to his star players has to be the only reason right?

Wait a minute we almost forgot -  JJ and Kelce made AP all pro selections. Well deserved gentlemen!

We also talk a bit more about MMA gambling and Dana white commenting on everything that happens. We shouldn't have to say this but it's wild that he is still in that position, in our humble opinions.

Who would we be if we didn't kick things off talking about Georgia. 65-7 are you kidding me?! I haven't seen a drubbing like this since I had 417 receiving yards and 8 touchdowns every day in 4th grade recess.

Both Lovie Smith and Kliff Kingsbury say goodbye as NFL coaches. Lovie had a chance to help his bears one more time in his last game and Kliff....well welcome to Alabama sir. You will do great as a college OC.

The Titans fired FOUR assistants seemingly being unable to realize you can't win NFL games without offensive NFL talent. It will be interesting to see what  changes they make going into next season. They've got some work to do, luckily to do have a very good coach.

California Legislative Women's caucus calls for Dana White's removal! It's got to be coming soon and Mylie suggests a very interesting replacement that's hard to argue with!

The Twins finally pay someone! Some magic had to happen but Carlos Correa will be a twin for six more years!

The bears swear that Fields is their guy, meanwhile the Colts promise to do 'whatever it takes' to get their QB in the draft. Could the two stories be related? Wink wink.

Other than that Jimmer has some soap box topics that he couldn't hold back, DannyG has a WILD prediction about Lamar Jackson, and Myles....applies to be an NFL water boy??? What is happening!? Tune in for a good time!!!

Are we going to have a neutral site in the AFC title game? Are we going to have 8 teams in the playoffs all of a sudden!? The NFL is getting wild.

Do Myles Garret and Jadeveon Clowney have some beef stirring? Who knows but we can tell you that the Dolphins might as well stay home starting rookie Skylar Thompson in their last ditch effort to make the playoffs. It was a nice run boys.

Meanwhile we talk Power slap league, NFL HOF finalists, and a fan waking up to burglarize the Brewers clubhouse? What is going on???

We do chat a little bit about Jake Paul signing with the PFL but nobody cares because Damar Hamlin is looking GREAT! This story has everyone in the country rooting for the Bills to win it all. It's amazing to see him making so much progress so fast.

If you want to get the most honest (and correct) take the FIRST time news hits, make sure you listen in throughout the week.

Tonights episode gets very passionate and nobody holds back.

The big news of the night, of course, is a quick update on Damar Hamlin. Every minute he's making a slow and steady recovery from the scary incident on Monday Night Football. Continued prayers to him and his family.

Jeff Saturday thinks Kayvon's snow angel was tasteless after his sack on Nick Foles, and Jimmer thinks the NFL is tasteless for setting up the Packers playoff appearance. Do they both have a point?

The Panthers are in 'talks' with Jim Harbaugh and Donavan Mitchell drops 71 points! Looks like the Panthers and the Knicks are making some mistakes because Steve Wilks has done a GREAT job and the Knicks...still look bad.

Lastly the two topics that get pretty heated are with good ol' Skip Bayless and Dana White. Both of these men made VERY poor decisions recently and should be held accountable. Dana needs to step down and Shanon Sharpe either needs to slap Skip around, or have a new co-host because Skip either has no taste or doesn't know when to admit he messed up.

Blaine Gabbert and his two brothers help rescue four victims of a helicopter crash! What a story!

Multiple players defend Russel Wilson. Who do you believe?

We have officially had 64 NFL starting QBs this year tying a non strike record set in 2007. 1987 (strike year) brought us 87 different starters.

Brazilian legend Pele dies at age 82 (RIP) and Aaron Judge is the AP top male athlete after his 7th MLB 7th best HR total...

King James is now 38 years and drops 47 points in a win against the hawks. Happy birthday Bron-Bron!

Lastly - Jaire Alexander calls WR Justin Jefferson's big week 1 a 'fluke' where he had 184 yards and 2 TDs. Can we get a drug test please?!

Two teams with high expectations, two similar outcomes, and two dramatically different decisions. Did the Broncos and Raiders make the right decisions?

JJ Watt announces his retirement after this season. A HUGE salute to a legend on and off the field.

Luka has a historic triple double with 60 points, 21 rebounds, and 10 assists. Speaking of triple, Tua is day to day with his third...wait second concussion of the year? In all seriousness this should have been noticed before the end of the first half. Hopefully he can figure this out and come back soon.

The Commanders decide to roll with Carson Wentz as they try to make a playoff push and some big name players have a suspension overturned.

You don't want to miss this!

Tonight we sit down and talk with our good friend Mike Estus, Simba Forever, and his manager Ted. You might know Ted as the local legend, Levy the Great!

Simba will be walking out with Carlos Mota at his next UFC event in Las Vegas. The unique thing is he will be singing his own song 'On Fire' as Carlos makes his way to the squared circle!

We talk about lots of different things. What brought these three together? How did Simba end up in the great state of Iowa? We even end up with a live magic show! We were also able to hear a small piece of a song that will be coming out soon written by Simba himself. This man brings energy that most of us could only hope to have.

Lastly, Simba gave us a look inside his motivation to write his book called 'Who is a Christian' and YES it's available on Amazon. Definitely check that out, also give their page a follow on FB - Men 'On Fire' Tour!

Coach Prime takes his talents to the University of Colorado! Can he bring the same success that he had at Jackson State?

Florida backup QB Jalen Kitna released on bond stemming from child pornography charges. More to come on this story.

Patrick Peterson has no beef with Kyler and OBJ isn't fully healthy (per the cowboys). Will he still end up in Dallas?

Lebron is upset with the media, meanwhile Amazon holds firm in plans to continue selling the 'antisemitic' film that Kyrie tweeted about. We seem to have a bit of a double standard here don't we?

Lastly - Antonio Brown had a warrant issued for his arrest and barricaded himself in his house like a player in call of duty zombies. What is he doing???

Josh Jacobs has himself a ball game and Aaron Rodgers gets shown up by the young QB. Are the Packers in a good spot when/if ARod leaves?

Brett Favre wants charges dismissed and Robers Saleh says Mike White's huge game hasn't altered the Jets QB plans. The judge can't be as blind as Robert Saleh can they?

The Browns have activated Deshaun Watson with a road game against the Texans on the docket. (coincidence?) Annnd in the same division Lamar Jackson deletes a tweet where he tells a smack talking fan to eat a d!ck. Should players have more of an ability to defend themselves on social media?

Lastly - we talk about a crazy assortment of new coaches in college football? The B1G is getting a lot better. Who are they? Tune in to find out!
