Rob Feiler is the CEO of Max Warehouse and Founder of Next Gen Retailing.  Rob’s experiences span the Fortune 100 telecom industry through private equity held telecom construction in the C suite. 

Rob recently has been on a journey of turn around success in the hardware retailing space both in brick and mortar as well as E-Commerce.  Rob has taught at the University level for 20 years and serves on several medium sized business Boards.

In this episode, Rob shares with us the critical role the CEO plays in building the brand and story of the company, and shares some great tips on how to go about it.

Rob dives into how much of the business world is transactional, and how you as teh leader can transform your business by being so much more to your team.  Being human and focussing ont he people versus transactional is how he was won the game in his company.
