My guest today is Tom Pritchard,  is one of the most respected film finishing managers in the history of Kodak. His outlook on life was forged when his wife nearly died while pregnant with his first born child. He exemplifies a leader by making deposits into an "emotional bank account" with those that he works with, and isn't afraid to do the dirty work to get the job done.
