On those days, we often feel like we don’t want to do anything, nothing seems to be working. Over all I feel like I am generally a happy person and I feel motivated most of the time, but of course like everyone else I too struggle with those days, when I would rather lock myself in the bedroom and do nothing… Logically I know that perhaps. Perhaps something happened or sometimes we can feel this way for no obvious reason.

So I am going to share with you 5 tips that really help me to shift my mood and my energy on those days when I would rather do nothing.
