This podcast discusses real life roadblocks that inhibit you from coming into your power and happiness and how to shift your mind through the art of healing. 

My purpose as a survivor from severe depression and anxiety is to shed some helpful insight on how to travel down the road of self love by yourself and to never look back and instead focus on what the universe has to offer. I hope to leave each listener feeling better than they were before and to have all women unite as sisters to empower our strength and heal with grace. This is a safe space with no judgement as I will have many guest speakers who speak with me in episodes to share other relevant self love and healing journeys.
