Be more intentional than you try to be perfect.
1. Don't make acceptions
It’s great to have high standards… just work your way toward them and don’t expect you’ll get there overnight.
2. Plan in advance
By thinking ahead, you’re proACTIVE and not reACTIVE! You’ll have more control of your life.
3. Follow through
There will be times when you legitimately have to pivot because of an emergency. But feeling tired or unmotivated or not knowing what to do at the gym are not emergencies.
