Hatred, slander, Gossip and division are all signs of someone who does not know God. You cannot receive blessings from God if you gossip about, slander or hate an individual or a group of people.  Of course Black Lives Matter, so do brown lives, white lives and every other kind of life, including life that is developing in the womb.
