3 kids later: The reality of motherhood, pregnancy, parenting & raising boys. In this episode, i am joined by my lovely co-host Amaka and she shared her motherhood journey. She just gave birth to her 3rd baby and took us through the journey of all her pregnancies. We talked about the waiting season especially for women who are struggling with fertility issues, Amaka shared some encouraging words with them. We also talked about parenting, Amaka shared how she is intentionally raising her boys to be good husbands and fathers in the future. She also talked about the beauty and struggles of motherhood, how having her kids have changed her and given her so much more purpose and love. We briefly talked about surrogacy and why it shouldn't be abused or debased but it's a good option for women who are dealing with infertility. We also talked about how women are now openly talking about infertility struggles compared to the 80s where people didn't share much about their personal struggles.
