Age is only a number. Living your life to the fullest as a Dancer, Model, Actress, Producer whilst creating longevity in a competitive industry. Monique shares with us her superwoman story and how it's important to know your worth. 

Presenting Powerfully has served her well in a stellar career on Broadway and in Hollywood.

From appearances in Fresh Prince Belair with Will Smith, to Coming to America with Eddie Murphy and an extensive Dance Journey, but in her words "I am a Alvin Ailey dancer through and through."

She is the real OG Video Vixen, leading the way in music videos with Prince, Tina Turner, Sting, Billy Joel, Peter Cetaro, Amy Grant, Atlantic Star, Mac Band + more.

She was the first woman of colour to be the Nexxus Global Haircare Campaign and simply has the most impressive line up of accomplishments in theatre and film and is producing a YouTube celebration to dancers who have paved the way for the dancers of today.
