When I think of a light hearted example of persistence, I think of kids. 

They get fixated on "a want" and they'll ask a parent - "NO"

Ask the other parent (lol) - "NO"

Rinse and repeat, beg and plead. Cry and try every angle, every avenue until one parent, maybe both, can see how badly the child wants the thing, it must really be important to them and the next moment....their persistence has paid off!

It used to control me, but now I am in control.

It's funny, I hadn't ever looked up the meaning of what it entails to be deemed having an "addictive personality", I just inherently knew I fit the bill. 

Addiction is usually blacklisted as "bad", but is it? Can we flip the script and learn to not only understand addictions and addictive behavior, but leverage that behavior for our greater good? 

I've been able to. So that's at least one example of it being possible.

I've FAILED and PROCRASTINATED so much it hurts! 

Not delivering episodes regularly has killed me every single week that goes by. 

Why do we do this to ourselves? 

Procrastinate, then feel like a failure. These "blocks" don't benefit us, they hinder us, from doing the things we truly want to do. 

So here I am, months and months later again talking about time going by so quicky, but this time with some TIPS on how you can overcome failure and procrastination faster than I've certainly been able to. 

I will do better! Lets finish 2024 strong!
