There's so much information out there. Whats best for you? One magazine said one thing, while the book I read said something else. We try to navigate through all this and bring a plan to get started.
Don't be afraid to experiment. Nothing wrong with trial and error. What you do on day 1 doesn't have to be the same thing you do on day 28.
