On this episode I tell you folks the story of my journey with the 6 meal a day program that i was told helps loose wait. To my surprise i have found out recently that it is absolutely false and i explain how it is not so good for weight loss and it is better for gaining weight. However i go on about explaining how i do it and what what one must do if they are going to increase the frequency of their eating patterns.
