When you’re mentally drained … revive your energy level by understanding how your thoughts create your feelings, getting out of “Have To” energy, and tapping into other people’s energy. Low mental energy isn’t something that just happens to us, it’s a result that we created with our thoughts and feelings. That means we can recharge our energy with some new thoughts if we want to! Here’s a few ideas for how to create a more energizing mindset.
