2. Do I feel like I have enough time?
3. Why don’t I have enough time?
4. What have I tried to do to manage my time? How has that worked for me?
5. What 3 emotions do I feel about time?
6. What do I think about myself and how I use my time?
7. Do I believe I’ve used my time well? When did I or didn’t I?
8. What are the best things I’ve done with my time?
9. What do I regret most about how I’ve used my time so far?
10. What do I really want to do with my time but don’t do yet?
11. What are the most rewarding things I could do with the rest of my time on earth?

What if we could stop fighting with time and finally use it for what is was created for? Time management & productivity training can only get us so far. To truly feel at peace with time, you have to go to a deeper level – your relationship with time. God created time and gave us all of it we need to do what we’re here to do. Once you get your time beliefs right, then managing your time is the final skill to using your time on earth well. This is the first episode in a series exploring how to create the best mindset around time.

We’re kind of like an Instant Pot – pressure builds up, and we need to release it regularly so we don’t explode into outbursts, illness, and breakdowns. What are your pressure release practices that allow stress and tension to release continually, and keep you out of the danger zone? The first thing is to be aware that stress is growing, and then take time to release it and reset.

Sometimes we let pressure build because we aren’t aware of it until we’re ready to explode. What if we had something to remind us to release the stress before it makes us miserable?
