The term “intuitive eating” is thrown around a lot in today’s culture. So, you may find yourself confused about what intuitive eating actually is and what it isn’t.

In today’s episode, I give you a broad answer to the question of “what is intuitive eating?”. I also identify and debunk three myths about intuitive eating that I hear in today’s culture.
