Writing a dream list was one of the most transformative things I did in my heartbreak journey. I did this very early on and then clung to the words on it through out my healing.

It's now a practice I still do from time to time.

Be willing to write down all your dreams no matter how materialistic or silly they may seem. And then watch them unfold.

There's power in being willing to write down our deepest desires. Bringing them from the subconscious to the conscious helps us to make them a reality.

I encourage you to write your own dream list.
