In this episode we are speaking about the 'Why' behind isno Tech and value-driven leadership. In our shared experiences as people leaders in tech we have seen situations that could have been avoided or handled better, where people and leaders have failed due to a lack of support or consideration and have faced decisions that where questionable from our viewpoint.

Throughout the conversation you will get a glimpse into what we refer to as being conscious about your leadership mindset. This also touches upon the topic of what it requites to lead yourself to be able to lead others and how this connects to values. Our core values are courage, fairness, compassion as well as intention and we speak about how we interpret these values, why we chose them for our isno Tech.
