This episode will air as I and 3 friends spend the day traveling home from a girl’s getaway in Mexico. I had something else planned to talk about, until I was sitting around the pool with them. 

Fly out of the cold, drop into the paradise called the Mexican Caribbean, and if life doesn’t become less hurried, we have to talk.

I was going to riff with my friends about slowing down and how they relax… but the pool was noisy and the days seem to keep passing quickly. 

Instead, I found 3 really strong themes of “stories” women tell themselves when deciding to take a trip - and a little challenge.
