It’s that time of year again, and Mercedes candidly shares some of her personal and professional wins and detours of 2024. Mercedes is back - sooner than usual - to muse about this month’s theme “peaceful productivity”.  She recorded this post-retreat, back in her normal environment- and noticed now much clarity, focus, and peaceful productivity she had in the midst of the chaos around her. This episode is for all the ladies who make the plan for some time away for themselves or with friends, and then overwhelm hits - and the knee-jerk reaction is to cancel. To stay home to recalibrate, create security / safety, or to take charge.  In this episode, Mercedes gently challenges this autopilot, taking 3 tips, or words of advice from her husband when this occurred recently.  This episode will help you take inventory and  tune into your intuition more to stay your course.

I am a cyclical person - heck, we all are - and while we can reflect anyday on what I am about to talk to… there are days / times that seem more powerful and intentional than others. And…. ½ way through the year… that is a midpoint.   Vantage point. 

A few ways we can take a pause…. To look at how we can live into intentional living for the rest of the year.

1- Seasonal living. This is so powerful  -  You might have heard about the unhurried life… reopening the doors. It is included for all clients, but if you want it stand alone, check it out.  This is such a powerful way to change and grow - gonna change the name of the podcast and free group… to The Unhurried Life. Intentional living for lady leaders… and you are a leader!  

2-= Add on to seasonal living - quarterly planning for both personal and professional.  Also included for clients - this is a powerful session / tool that builds on itself season after season, quarter after quarter…   here is a snapshot. Looking at what worked, what didnt work.  Then where you want to focus now.  And some best next steps.  Or is it next best steps? 

3- Give it time.  This really plays into savoring the season, life in general… the moments… even more. This season we focus on savor, quality or quantity, and taking inventory…. Something we can do on the daily too.  Taking the time. Infusing it in.  This is why i am following the theme of last summer…  and the summer before was a cool trip through the Circle of life - a tool i love and use with clients… so there is more to listen to, if you like what you are hearing:).

To bring it all together - you all know I have a retreat property, and that in this season we are in worker bee mode to create spaces throughout the actual property… and to add in a whole another home. eek= so excited!
