In episode 3, I’m very pleased to interview Ron McLeod. Ron is truly an Essential Boomer on an international level. Ron has been a sales professional in the energy field since 2002 and is currently the Director of Sales in the software division at Siemens Energy, where he is involved with operations intelligence and process safety.

We also get to know Ron as a person, including his thoughts on coming of age in the 1960’s and his love of photography, astronomy and weather. He shares some very memorable encounters with Mother Nature. Ron goes on to discuss some personal stories and insights including the best advice that he was ever given, his personal spiritual practices, and what he is the most proud of. Ron also gives us a personal look at who has been the most influential person in his life.
