I hear it so much from people, new wrestlers and seasoned wrestlers alike: I wanna lose fat, I wanna get in shape, I want to look like Seth Rollins or Bianca Bel Air or Brock friggin Lesnar…but just as often I find myself asking if someone’s actions reflect that goal. Becoming a successful professional wrestler puts you in an elite class. Making enough money to sustain a family is hard, which means you have to be serious and realistic with your goals in the gym and in the kitchen. If you want to part of the upper echelon of pro wrestlers you have to train like them. You can do this without starving yourself, I promise, but it takes some work and today I want to talk about the 3 signs you aren’t actually trying to put in the work.
