Heavy emotions (often referred to as negative) can feel incredibly painful and uncomfortable. And It’s really "human" of us to avoid feelings that make us feel uneasy. Today’s Soul Work Session is for anyone who has difficulty expressing, processing, and managing their emotions, especially the heavy ones.
