If I don’t know where I’m going…

If I’m not planning for all of the snack stops, bathroom stops, where I want to eat, places to see along the way…

The likelihood is that I’m going to get lost, have to take 17 detours, stop to ask for directions repeatedly, drive around to find half decent food to eat, get hangry, forget things, and generally just take so much longer to get to my destination…

And this is not only going to be more frustrating, but there’s a high chance that I might just give up and stop halfway through.

The same is true in business.

And this doesn’t mean there’s no room for detours, additional stops or extending the time frame. I hate feeling restricted so I still make changes along the way because I’m the CEO and I know what works best for me and my business.
