In this episode, Dr. Morling is back to help me give out positive ways on how we can live in our healthiest way! We go over the benefits of pursuing self compassion by being our own best friend, recognizing imperfections, and living presently away from your thoughts! We also go over different perspectives on looking at negative outcomes. I will reference Neff's article on "Self Compassion," (2011), along with Kross and Ayduk's article on "Self-Distancing,"(2011).
