It's easy to get caught up in all of the health and wellness trends. Trust me Ive tried SO many of them and heard of most. I spent a good portion of my journey feeling confused and overwhelmed by them. Doing whats trendy (when its trendy) is going against the natural rhythms of your body and actually dis honouring your bodies needs. We are unique bio-individuals with very unique needs. Working with a health coach or health care practitioner practitioner is always your best bet.

In this video I share 3 things that have worked for me consistently on my journey. I encourage you to listen and observe how your mind and body feel as I explain each method or practice. Do you feel expanded or contracted as I talk about the practice? You and your body know whats best for it, so listen deeply!
