For most of us, we wake up, go one step at the time, make one decision at the time, and next thing you know your day officially starts, and then next thing you know your work day ends. We do some chores, eat dinner, relax a bit, we’re too tired to think of much else than what happened that day, and then boom, the day is gone.

But the thing is that the morning is not only the perfect moment to spend some quality time alone, reflect on your life  but also set yourself up for a great day. Where you can be more alive, more productive, enjoy more. 

Sadly, most of us, do the worst thing we can in the morning: grab our phone, maybe even still in bed, check what important things we've missed in the world while sleeping, then get up and start straight away our day.
