Some of the thoughts that lead to binging: 

> I’ll have all the things I want to eat now because my diet starts Monday + I won’t be able to have them. 

> What’s the point anyways. 

> I only get these cookies once a year. 

> These people drive me to drink. 

 

Question them:

Are they true thoughts? Is it true that, “it doesn’t matter anyways?” Odds are, it does otherwise you wouldn’t be listening right now. It’s something that clearly matters to you.

 

Create new thoughts:

  1. All foods are always available to me in moderation. 
  • There is always more.
  • I’m not that woman.
  •
