Do you feel the need to be constantly busy? ? Always working on something? Going the extra mile at work, always trying to squeeze in one more task? Everything is goal oriented -leaving you feeling burned out, emotionally drained and exhausted.

Well, you're not alone. You're suffering from toxic productivity and it's something I constantly  am attuned to because I've succumbed manytimes as well.

 

Productivity is great. I'm all about it. But it's a problem when you begin overworking at the expense of parts of your life - relationships, family, mental health, sleep and exercise.
