How do you deal with morning anxiety and depression?

In this episode, we  share three self-care tips that can help make your brain happy! 

  1.   Wake up on time without snoozing. We Talk about the 5-second rule by Mel Robbins, where you count backwards from 5 to 1 and get up and out of bed  when the alarm goes off.

  2. Practice gratitude. We discuss  the importance of thinking about something positive or something that you are grateful for  when you wake up.

  3. Journal in the Morning. We share  the advice of guest  Danny Denovo  who asked us to  write about all the things that are going right in your life.
