Wellness is a way of life and it’s simple… do the little things often!

I started an aromatherapy line this year to continue to promote wellness in communities of color… we have to learn how to take care of ourselves and cope with distress instead of emotional numbing with sex, alcohol, drugs and food.

We can break generational curses by learning new information and new ways of being.

It’s time to stop sleep walking and identify the things we need to work on and develop the courage to to have a more authentic existence.

Tanner is a TV writer based in LA. Much of his time has been spent in the animation world. Tanner’s first job was about 6 years ago as a staff writer on the Emmy winning third season of Rick & Morty on Adult Swim. More recently, Tanner was a staff writer at Dreamworks on the TV adaptation of their Boss Baby franchise which is on Netflix. Tanner has sold a couple shows, one of which he is currently developing with TBS. 
Before all this LA mishegoss, Tanner spent about 5 years in Chicago, performing, writing and touring with famed comedy theater, The Second City.

PLVNK had a great time talking to Producer Tom Szirtes, known for his work in the broken-beat and nu-jazz scene as Shur-I-kan, With a career spanning over a decade, Shur-i-kan is undoubtably one of the heavy hitters of the deep house world.

Tom founded the VR company  BodySwaps,  an award-winning immersive learning platform designed to deliver lasting behavioral change. Their VR solutions create a safe space where learners can practise soft skills, with AI-enabled analytical feedback to accelerate personal development.

Tom is A tremendously talented producer with a unique vision in the digital/production/gaming worlds AND A  Good Friend:)
