The typical weight loss model is being given a list of foods to eat and not to eat. However, your body is different than the person who had success losing weight with that list of foods, so why would you listen to them? What you really need is to know what foods work FOR YOU to lose weight. I cannot tell you what that is; nobody can but YOU. This is a video I shared with my clients after they asked me to tell them what to eat. It will be powerful for you to know this information, to understand it and to put it to use in your life so you can lose weight effortlessly.
