We run ourselves into the ground for everything and everyone else and sacrifice our well-being for what? Self-care should be as high of a priority as hitting sales goals, actually higher. There's no spreadsheet, no email, no meeting, that's more important than your well-being.
If you are not functioning at your optimal, everything else around you will fall apart, including your company.
