Sigrid Tasies may just be the most embodied woman I have ever met in my life. I initially began working with Sigrid in her group program 'The Embodied Woman' and then followed on to be a private 1:1 client. I had deep intention coming into this container on more somatic practices to further integrate many aspects of myself to be able step fully into being an embodied woman myself and to further my leadership. Through nervous system regulation, to deepening my connection to self, to more intimate relationships and profound healing. The endless list of benefits that have come from this investment are truly worth more than any dollar amount. I deeply respect this woman and although this podcast being different to the usual ones, i felt so called to authentically and openly share my experience working with this incredible leader, Sigrid.
