On this week's episode, we check in on Reggie and Cane's 75 Hard progress and adherence. Cane believes Reggie may have cheated. Will Reggie be beardless in next week's episode? TBD. If he does, he might have to Bigen it on for the foreseeable future. One thing we know he hasn't cheated on is his diet, because Reggie had the Synonymous studio smelling like Chitlin's left outside on a hot July day. Yikes. Speaking of Chitlin's, Reggie says that's the most disrespectful food you can heat up in an office. Don't be that disrespectful office mate.

And while we're on the subject of food (again), let's talk about the best Reese's remix: Reese's with peanuts, Reese's Pieces, or Pretzels? Reggie, the candy bar connoisseur weighs in.

On to sports, we talk about Luka's amazing shot, and find out if Cane, aka "Big Country" has ever hit a winning shot. He's gonna need that winning energy if he ever goes up against a girl Reggie thinks can beat Cane in a 1-on-1. Can Cane beat a girl? Also TBD.
