George Mavrakis (@CoralFish12G) is a YouTube Creator and Aquarist. George does his best to bring creative, informative, and fun reef aquarium videos! He's been keeping saltwater aquariums for the last 10 years (starting in the 5th grade) and has been doing YouTube for 6 of those years. George is currently a full time student-athlete playing basketball at Lawrence University and studying economics/business. His mission is to inspire as many people as I can to join and enjoy the hobby. He specifically wants to encourage a younger generation to join the hobby, because it has taught him and given him so many amazing opportunities as a kid and young adult. George is from the northern suburbs of Chicago (Golf, IL). He went to Glenbrook South highschool in Glenview. His mom Carol, and father Ted have always supported the passion.
