Good subject matter, but the narration is SO annoying that I want to eat glass. The reading of this material is read in such a pseudo-sexy way that my intelligence is insulted every 30 seconds. I don't think I can listen to this whole thing - if you can get past the annoying voice, it's practical advice - nothing too surprising here...
