I also delve into the comparison between a Defined Benefit/Final Salary pension scheme and how to weigh it up if you are potentially going to be moving to a Defined Contribution or Money Purchase Scheme. This is a common scenario for people changing jobs or those who have been told by their employer that the scheme will be changing.
