In this episode, I dissect a piece of Dr. Joe Dispenza's book: Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself. I interpret his teachings on how to go from being a somebody to a nobody, in order to create a new mind. The frontal lobe plays a very important part in this process, which I also touch upon.
