God is consciousness, bliss and everlasting joy. We, the soul, are a part of Him. So all happiness and joy are hidden within us. As long as we seek this happiness in

perishable things, which are not permanent, we will never be contented. Sant Kirpal Singh explains that to get in contact with the inner happiness, three preparatory steps are needed.
