After the warmup, we’ll do one song at a 4/10 intensity level, one at a 5/10, one at a 6/10 pace.
Then we’ll do a Tabata… and finish with a song at a 6 pace and another song at a 5 pace and you’ll be on your way for an awesome day!
Plus we’ll play a FUN game called “One Good Thing”!!
