Welcome to the first episode! This half hour sequence is a yoga and breathing sequence. This is a beginner sequence, but can benefit beginners and advanced yogis alike. All you need is a 2x6 foot space, and a soft surface like carpet, a rug, or a yoga mat. You'll move through 12 poses and mindfully focus on building your breath. This sequence is meant to invigorate your mind and body and bring balance into your day.
