In this guided meditation, we will replace the memories and emotions that caused us to feel disconnected with ones that are more loving, connected and whole, so we can change our subconscious programs (behaviours, skills, beliefs). Meditation can help us to change our subconscious programs (and thus live the life we want to live) as well as making us more present, grateful, loving. Wonderfully, meditation can even help us to lose weight by lowering cortisol (the stress hormone), thereby lowering insulin resistance (whilst also improving metabolism and stimulating growth hormone), so that we can actually lose body fat and function optimally both mentally and physically.
