This week on our podcast, we have with us Abhilash Tomy - the second Asian and only Indian to solo sail the Globe non-stop in a feat of 151 days entirely unassisted.
With more people having climbed the Mount Everest than having solo sailed the world non-stop, he is a part of an exclusive club of adventurers for being the 79th person to complete this herculean task.
As a former Navy Commander and fighter pilot, he has persevered through challenges we can barely fathom. In a candid moment, he talks to us about being hit by a storm and getting his legs paralyzed while alone at sea, only to be saved by a multinational rescue effort.
This week's podcast at 30MH is both eye opening and truly inspiring.
*bhilash is now back to training for the Golden Globe Race 2022 and is raising funds for his participation. If you would like to contribute to his campaign visit https://www.ketto.org/fundraiser/golden-globe-race-2022-india-entry.
