As a community leader, Rashim mentors high school athletes transition into college. Rashim joins me today to share his experiences in each role. Ruben Echevarria is a PhD student at Northwestern University and a hip hop recording artist. Ruben joins me to discuss his thoughts about the large disparity in Latinos attending college and shares some of his personal experiences from high school and now as a PhD student. We discuss his love for education and music and how he balances the both.

Raul Ochoa, the founder of "Kix For Kids" joins me to share his mission. "Kix For Kids" is an organization that fundraises to buy shoes for underprivileged kids from different communities. They have provided shoes for children in the U.S.A, Guatemala, and Mexico.

Citlally Delgado joins me to share her experience attending an all women's college, studying abroad in Brazil, and teaching English in Spain.
