Mena runs L8 Bloomers and ran the live show with us and she didn’t hold back when telling us her story showing her vulnerabilities.
Depression isn’t something people talk about freely but she describes the effect it had on her and how she’s dealt with it!

We also discuss the talking stage when dating and how long this period should be. Mena has a real gripe with guys in the UK and how unserious they are in the talking stage!
