We’re back at the bar this week for another lock in episode - usually it’s just the boys but this week Chris wasn’t available so friend of the bar Anna stepped in for him.
As is customary with the lock in chats, it’s no hold barred opinions.
After Queen Elizabeth II passing we had to discuss the funeral and what that meant for us and for the history books. On a lighter note whether prince William chooses has his bald patch hairstyle by choice or not.

This week we're joined by friends of the bar Molly and Aaron.
Aaron has a successful platform called "raising boys 2 men" which highlights all of the difficulties around being a single parent and how to successfully co-parent.
With our own Chris being a single parent we thought it was only right to have Aaron on along with Molly who is a single mum to talk the good, bad, the ugly about co-parenting.
All three stories are coming from different angles from a planned pregnancy to falling pregnant unplanned with your partner and falling pregnant in a casual relationship.

Bank holiday weekend is over, carnival is over…

Gen shares some amazing stories of her experiences with DMT and Ayahuasca.
Ayahuasca is a South American psychoactive and entheogenic brewed drink traditionally used both socially and as ceremonial spiritual medicine among the indigenous peoples of the Amazon basin.
Peru was the destination for this psychedelic and spiritual experience - an experience that is supposed to completely open your mind and open your “third eye”.
Gen openly shares her story and what led her to making the decision of wanting to try this experience and how it caused ego death, how it felt like this hallucinogenic sent her into a new dimension and how it helped heal some open wounds from early life.

Murad Merali must have woken up this week in complete horror - his secret past has been exposed for the world to see.
